One-Pan  Italian Chicken  Tri-Color Pasta

chicken breasts Italian dressing seasoning mix olive oil fresh salsa chicken broth tri color pasta  fresh mozzarella log basil

Marinate: Coat the chicken with Italian dressing seasoning mix and about 1 tbsp olive oil. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the chicken in a large skillet for about 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add fresh salsa and chicken broth. Bring to simmer and stir in the pasta. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.

Add sliced cooked chicken and top with fresh mozzarella. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins until the cheese melts.

Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil and additional fresh salsa if desired. Enjoy!
