St. Patrick's Day Banana Bread recipe

ripe bananas melted butter granulated sugar brown sugar eggs vanilla extract all-purpose flour baking soda sprinkles

powdered sugar milk vanilla extract sprinkles

Mix together bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Then slowly add the flour and baking soda until just combined.

Gently fold in the sprinkles. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in an oven preheated to 350 deg F for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For the vanilla glaze: Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.

Once cooled slightly but still warm, drizzle the vanilla glaze over the top using a spoon. Top with sprinkles.
