Air fryer bunny biscuits are buttery, flaky biscuits in the shape of a bunny with a cheesy pepperoni pizza filling on the inside. These delicious bunny bites make a perfect springtime lunch or easter dinner side dish.
1baby carrot, cut into tiny rounds for bunny's nose
1stickcelery, cut into thin strips for bunny's whiskers
fresh fruit, optional for lunchbox – I used orange slices, green grapes, strawberries and blueberries.
Instructions
Make 3 circle shapes from the biscuit dough. On top of the first circle shape place pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella balls.
For the second circle shape, cut it in half to form two bunny ears and place them at the top of the biscuit with pizza sauce.
Lay the third circle shape over to create a pocket for the bunny’s face. On top place two sesame seeds for the bunny’s eyes, a piece of carrot for the nose, and thinly sliced celery for the whiskers.
Place onto air fryer basket and lightly spray with avocado oil. Cook at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
