Ingredients

boneless, skinless
chicken
breast

cubed
2-3
slices
bacon
,
cubed
¼
cup
sun-dried tomatoes
,
drained
½
pound
broccoli
,
cut into florets or frozen (heated through)
1
tablespoon
olive oil
salt and pepper
,
to taste
1
teaspoon
roasted garlic powder
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and spices.
Prepare broccoli; cut into florets or heat according to package if using frozen broccoli.
Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner, if using; spread the broccoli over it and place sun dried tomatoes on top.
Nestle in chicken and top each with a piece of bacon
Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
Flip the chicken pieces over with bacon and air fry for 8 more minutes at 400 degrees.
Give everything a good stir and fry for 2-3 minutes more until bacon is crispy.
