Air fryer taquitos is a zesty salsa chicken filling rolled up into tortillas and cooked to crispy, crunchy perfection. Smothered and dipped into an avocado cream sauce, these rolled air fryer tacos make a quick, easy and delicious meal!

Ingredients
For the chicken taquitos
1cupcooked, shredded chicken, rotisserie chicken works well
¼cupjarred salsa
4ozchopped green chiles
8tortillas, we love to use almond flour tortillas
¼cupshredded cheese
fresh salsa, optional, for serving
For the avocado cream sauce
2avocados, mashed
1cupgreek yogurt
1lime, juice and zest
3garlic cloves, minced
¼cupcilantro
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make the filling for the taquitos; combine 1 cup shredded chicken with 1/4 cup salsa and green chiles.
Place shredded cheese on a tortilla and then 2 tbsp filling. Roll tightly, seam side down and place onto air fryer basket.
Lightly spray with avocado oil and cook for 5 mins at 380 degrees.
Make avocado crema to serve with the taquitos: Into a blender mix greek yogurt, avocados, cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice and zest until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
