Ingredients
4salmon fillets
1tbspolive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
3tbspbutter
1smallonion, finely diced
4-5garlic cloves, finely chopped
1(1.9 oz) packetonion soup & dip mix
1cupcream
16ozfrozen green beans
¼cupgrated parmesan cheese
parsley leaves, finely chopped, optional for garnish
Instructions
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Into a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, place the salmon fillets in the skillet skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until salmon is cooked through or has reached desired doneness. Transfer from skillet and set aside.
Prepare the sauce; in the same skillet over medium heat, add butter, garlic and onions. Once onion and garlic are translucent add onion soup seasoning packet, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low; add in cream, frozen green beans and give a good stir; let simmer 4-5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in parmesan cheese until well combined.
Nestle in the cooked salmon fillets into the sauce along with the green beans. Garnish with freshly chopped parsely leaves, if desired.
