Ingredients
2lbscooked shrimp, chopped
1cuproma tomatoes , diced
½cupred onion, diced
½cupcilantro leaves, finely chopped
1cucumber, diced
1jalapeno , ribs and seeds removed, diced
1avocado, diced
½cuplime juice
⅓cuporange juice
¼cuplemon juice
salt and pepper , to taste
Instructions
Place the cooked shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeño, onion, avocado and cilantro a bowl.
Pour the lime, orange and lemon juice over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers of your choice, optional.
