Ingredients
14 ozpackageSpringtime Easter pasta noodles, get them here on Amazon
1½tbspolive oil
1½tbspwhite wine vinegar
2tspdried oregano
1tspgarlic powder
1cupcherry tomatoes, halved
2.25 ozcansliced black olives
2green onions, chopped
8ozfresh mozzarella slices, chopped
5ozpepperoni slices, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta noodles and following ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
Serve cold pizza pasta as a side dish or a main course.
