Ingredients
1poundchicken thighs , 4-6 thighs
1ouncepacket ranch dressing mix
12 ouncepacket Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix
112 ouncejar pepperoncini peppers , save ½ cup of juices, discard the rest OR use ½ cup water if you prefer less heat
Instructions
Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle over the ranch seasoning mix, onion soup mix, the pepperoncinis and 1/2 cup of juices from the jar. If you prefer less heat, skip the pepperoncini juice and add 1/2 cup water instead.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Serve the chicken thighs whole or shred them all. Serve with loaded mashed cauliflower, rice or potatoes.
