Ingredients

4-5garlic cloves, minced

2tbspsoy sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs using a tablespoon or hand and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
While the meatballs are baking, make the sauce by mixing together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and water in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
