salmon fillets Jamaican jerk seasoning bell peppers red onion garlic chicken broth lime juice cream pasta grated parmesan cheese green onions cilantro

Cook the Salmon:  Rub salmon fillets with jerk seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice. Cook over med-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove salmon and set aside.

Sauté the Veggies: In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers, red onion, minced garlic and 1 tbsp of the jerk seasoning. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Create the Sauce: Add the chicken broth and heavy cream to the pan, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Cook the Pasta: Add the uncooked pasta, mix, then cook covered for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked

Combine everything: Once pasta is cooked, return the salmon to the pan, breaking it into bite size pieces. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until well combined and the cheese is melted into the sauce.

Season and Serve: Taste and add more jerk seasoning, if desired. Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
