The Best  pineapple stuffing recipe

Step one: Combine sugar and butter in a large bowl, beat with an electric mixture until smooth.

Step two: Stir in crushed pineapple and fold in the bread cubes until bread is well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a slightly greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle over cinnamon, if desired

Bake in an oven that is preheated to 350 deg F for 1 hour. Let it sit a few minutes to firm up before serving.
