Ingredients
1lbground beef
1smallonion, chopped
3-4garlic cloves, minced
1tspginger, minced
16ozshredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
2carrots, peeled and grated
1red bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼cupsoy sauce or tamari
1tbsprice vinegar
1tbspsesame oil
sriracha, optional for additional heat
2green onions, chopped
sesame seeds, optional for garnish
chinese noodles, optional for crunchy topping
Instructions
Brown the Meat: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain any excess fat. Transfer to the crockpot.
Add Ingredients: Add onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the crockpot.
Season: Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha; season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the veggies are tender.
