This 4 ingredient Honey & Lavender Mascarpone dip is excellent for entertaining or snacking on the go. The unique combination of floral notes from lavender mixed with sweet honey and creamy mascarpone cheese is a crowd-pleaser and will have your tastebuds thanking you over and over.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces BelGioioso Mascarpone Cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons Honey, (we used Hibiscus Honey for this recipe)
- Sea Salt , to taste
- Culinary Lavender, sprinkled over
Instructions
- Spread 8 ounces of mascarpone cheese into a serving dish.
- Drizzle over 2-3 tablespoons of Hibiscus Honey.
- Sprinkle over sea salt and lavender.
- Serve with snack flats, crackers or apples.
