Ingredients
2-3hearts of romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
½poundsalami slices, chopped
5ozpepperonis, cut into bites
½poundprovolone cheese slices, chopped
1cupmini mozzarella balls
½cup banana pepper rings
½smallred onion, chopped
½cucumber , sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
preferred Italian dressing, for serving
Instructions
Prepare romaine lettuce, meats, cheeses, and veggies to be chopped
Into a large bowl or 4 individual serving bowls, add the romaine lettuce and top with meats, cheeses, and veggies. Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve with Italian dressing.
