Ingredients
1lbbaby potatoes, cut into equal pieces
½cupbutter, melted
5garlic cloves, minced
1tbspdijon mustard
1tbspold bay seasoning
1tbspfresh lemon juice
1(15.25 oz) cancorn
1(12 oz) bagfrozen green beans
1lb shrimp, raw, tail on
1lbandouille sausage, cut into pieces
1lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine butter with minced garlic, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning.
Onto a parchment lined large baking sheet, spread-out potatoes, corn, green beans, shrimp, and sausage. Season with salt and pepper and spoon the butter and old bay mixture throughout the sheet pan.
Bake at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked; give a good stir. Serve with lemon wedges.
