Ingredients
1packagecrescent rolls
8mozzarella mini balls or string cheese cut into cubes
Open the crescent rolls and in each triangular piece place a meatball and mozzarella ball inside; sprinkle over grated parmesan cheese and roll from top to bottom to form 8 balls.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees; lightly spray basket and place the balls inside, leaving room for the dough to rise.
Air fry for 3-4 minutes, until dough is puffed and golden.
Place a toothpick into each ball and serve with marinara sauce if desired.
Into the side compartments of lunchbox (if using), place fresh fruit and preferred sweet treat.
