Ingredients
1pound1 lb chicken thighs (4-6 thighs)
1packetItalian dressing seasoning
1jarNon-Pareil Capers, 14 ounces , including juice
½cupwhite wine or chicken broth
⅓cupfresh lemon juice, plus lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle over the Italian dressing seasoning mix, capers and juice, white wine (or chicken broth), and lemon juice.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
