This pineapple stuffing recipe was introduced to me by my husband’s family over the holidays. It’s buttery, sweet, easy to make–and the perfect side for ham or turkey. Now I make this passed down tried and true recipe every year!

Ingredients
¼cupbrown sugar
½cupgranulated sugar
½cupbutter
4eggs
10ozcrushed pineapple, drained
6sliceswhite bread, cubed
cinnamon, optional to sprinkle over top before baking
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine sugar and butter in a large bowl, beat with an electric mixture until smooth.
Beat in the eggs until well combined. Stir in pineapple and fold in the bread cubes until bread is well coated.
Transfer the mixture to a slightly greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle over cinnamon, if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Let your pineapple stuffing sit a few minutes to firm up before serving. Enjoy!
