Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Cheese Quesadilla
You will be leading the way to lunchtime with this Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer food art creation. A cheesy quesadilla topped with cherry tomatoes and fresh fruit make this lunch as nutritious as it is fun to eat and be merry!
Ingredients
1 extra large tortilla, shredded cheese, 1 cherry tomato, blueberries, 2 pretzel wheels, 1 celery stick, 1 Cutie orange.
Optional: candy eyes , tree cut-outs and sour cream (for sticking).
Directions
1. Cook quesadilla over medium-high heat. Add shredded cheese on top then fold, cooking and flipping sides until cheese is melted.
2. Using the bottom of a glass jar, cut-out 3 circles in the quesadilla. Use scissors to cut 2 small triangles and 2 small squares from the quesadilla. Into the main compartment, stack the circles on top of one another (like a snowman!), adding a small amount of sour cream to the bottom to hold it in place. Place the 2 triangles on either side of the top circle to form Rudolph’s ears. Place the squares on either side of the bottom circle to form Rudolph’s legs. Using a small amount of sour cream to stick, place on top the candy eyes (or blueberries if not using candy eyes). Cut the cherry tomato in half and place one side down for Rudolph’s nose. Using the left-over tomato, cut a strip to form the mouth. Add the pretzel rounds to the top to form antlers. Finally place a good handful of blueberries all around Rudolph.
3. Use a tree cut-out or simply cut triangles from the celery stick and place in one side compartment.
4. In second side compartment, cut a Cutie orange in half and place inside.

How will everything stay in place?
If this is being transported to school, to hold everything in place, cover each compartment with tin foil. For the main compartment, add a ball of tin foil to the middle between ingredients and lid and secure the lid in place.
