Deconstructed Cheese Quesadilla Bunny Board

This bunny board is an air fryer cheese quesadilla cut up into an adorably delicious bunny scene with ranch dressing and fresh salsa perfect for dipping. This board will be a hit at your springtime get-togethers!

I always look forward to making this adorable bunny board for our easter celebration! It’s the perfect appetizer and my kids go crazy for it because they are cheese quesadilla obsessed!

I find myself making air fryer quesadillas more than anything else in my home! They make the perfect after-to-school snack and are super simple to throw together. I am definitely a sucker for a good pair of kitchen scissors which take quesadilla art to the next level!

Ingredients for deconstructed cheese quesadilla bunny board

Here is what we are working with to make these fun and delicious springtime bunny board:

  • tortillas
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sliced cheddar cheese
  • celery
  • baby carrots
  • black sesame seeds, for eyes
  • fresh salsa, optional for serving
  • ranch dip, optional for serving

How to make deconstructed cheese quesadilla bunny board

  1. Sprinkle shredded cheese over a jumbo tortilla. Fold in half and cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes. If making in a skillet, you want the cheese to be melted and tortilla slightly golden.
  2. Using scissors or the edge of a small glass, make 4 circles. Cut out an oval shape. Place similar shapes of sliced cheddar cheese on top of each circle and oval; place back in air fryer and cook for 1-2 minutes at 400 degrees.
  3. Using the leftover tortilla pieces form the bunny’s ears, tail and feet. Use black sesame seeds for the eyes and pieces of carrots for the noses.
  4. Decorate with baby carrots sliced in half and celery; serve with fresh salsa and ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.

  • 2-3 slices cheddar cheese
  • celery, cut horizontally into pieces
  • baby carrots, halved
  • black sesame seeds, for eyes
  • fresh salsa, optional for serving
  • ranch dressing, optional for serving
