Get ready to chill with your snowmies and enjoy this snowtastic and deliciously nutritional food art lunch creation. Naan snack flatbreads come together to take the art of sandwich making to a whole new level with carrots, raisins, fresh fruit, cauliflower pretzel sticks and popcorn!

Ingredients

Mini Naan Flatbread , raisins , cauliflower pretzel sticks , popcorn , baby carrots, strawberry, blueberries, orange, turkey slices, cheese slices.

Optional: toothpicks cut in half (to hold everything in place).

Directions

1. Begin by making your flatbread sandwiches. You will need to cut-out four ovals from the Naan bread (a great pair of scissors works well for this!) Cut-out a similar oval shape, if using, in the turkey and cheese slices. Place the turkey and cheese inside the naan ovals to create 2 mini sandwiches. Place two raisins at the bottom of each sandwich to form the snowmen’s feet and secure with toothpicks. Stick two pretzel sticks inside each sandwich and place inside the main compartment, side-to-side. On top, place 3 small pieces of raisins for the snowmen’s buttons.

2. Cut a baby carrot in half, lengthwise and add each half to the top of the oval sandwiches. You will want to reserve a small piece of the carrot to make the snowmen’s noses. Cut-out two circles from the Naan bread for the snowmen’s heads. Cut one strawberry in half lengthwise and attach the triangular shapes to the top of the naan circles, using a toothpick to secure in place to form the hats.

3. To make the snowmen’s faces, cut a raisin in half and secure down with toothpicks to form the eyes. Create two small triangles from the reserved carrot piece and secure down to form the noses. Use 2 thin pieces from the strawberry to form their smiles. Place into the main compartment and add a few pieces of popcorn for the snow.

4. In one side compartment, place a handful of blueberries and cut a Cutie orange in half crosswise to place on top.

5. In the second side compartment, place a good handful of your favorite popcorn.

ENJOY! We hope you and your little one enjoy this Snowman Naan flatbread sandwich lunch creation!
