To make this easy one pan creamy dill baked salmon recipe, you’ll need a few ingredients that you can get at almost any grocery store or even online.

Here’s what we are working with:

  • salmon fillets
  • baby potaotes
  • green beans
  • plain greek yogurt
  • fresh dill
  • garlic
  • fresh lemon, slices and juice

Precook the potatoes: In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

While the potatoes are boiling, make the creamy dill sauce; Into a bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, fresh dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Into a large baking dish or sheet pan, place down the pre-cooked baby potatoes and green beans. Drizzle over with olive oil. Mix in a 1/4 cup of the creamy dill sauce to coat.

Place the salmon fillets in the middle and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the remaining sauce onto each fillet. Add a lemon round to the top, if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the same is cooked through and green beans are tender. Enjoy!
