Your favorite sandwich wrapped in a spinach tortilla loaded with ranch, crispy bacon, turkey and cheese slices and turned into a delicious frog-themed food art club wrap complete with a strawberry tongue!

We love a good turkey club wrap because they are simple to make and absolutely delicious to eat. Club wraps make a perfect dinner or an easy all in one lunch option. These turkey club wraps are packed with delicious and nutritious ingredients presented in a fun way: A FROG!

Inspired by our favorite club sandwich to order when we want to grab a quick bite to eat and also all the springtime fun, my kids said that these frog wraps are their favorite sandwich wraps to date.

I love that because if you’ve been following along, you know that I’m wildly crazy about alll the wraps! Seriously, they are so easy to make, versatile with ingredients and method (air fryer, skillet, no skillet)….and the number one reason we can’t get enough of our beloved yummy sandwich wraps? They make a perfectly easy all-in-one dinner or lunch option and are the best for on-the-go eating!

Ingredients for frog food art sandwich wrap lunch

To make this fun and delicious turkey club frog wraps lunch meal prep, you’ll need a few ingredients that you can get at almost any grocery store or even online!

This will make 4 lunchbox containers. I love these 3 compartment food containers that I found on Amazon!

Here’s what we are working with:

  • jumbo spinach tortilla wraps – I like to use the large tortilla wraps because you can simply cut the wrap in half and have 2 frog sandwiches, 2 for 1 is always great!
  • ranch dressing – store-bought or homemade, we are huge fans of ranch; your preferred dressing or sauce works for these wraps.
  • bacon – cooked and chopped into bite size pieces.
  • turkey slices – we love to use oven roasted turkey in our wraps for that full on club wrap feel. You can choose to use chicken, ham or opt for a vegetarian wrap when making these fun frog roll-ups!
  • cheese slices – our preferred cheese is American because is it super mild in flavor and pairs so well with all other ingredients.
  • cucumbers – I added cucumber slices to our frog wraps for the texture and added nutrients. Cucumbers are completely optional in this frog wrap recipe.
  • strawberries – sliced lengthwise in half and you have a perfect frog tongue!
  • toothpick eyes – you can use food pick eyes or candy eyes for the frog’s eyes. I used the toothpick eyes to give the food art wraps an extra hold since my kids were transporting their lunchbox to school.
  • fresh fruit – optional for complete lunchbox. I used green grapes, blueberries and orange slices.
  • preferred sweet treat snack – optional for lunchbox, we love MadeGood Vanilla Crispy Squares !

How to make frog food art wrap lunch

  1. Spread ranch dressing onto spinach tortilla and top with turkey and cheese slices, bacon crumbles, and cucumbers.
  2. Roll into a burrito and cut in half, seam side down. Place a pair of toothpick eyes on top. Cut a strawberry in half lengthwise and push a toothpick through the top to then attach to the wrap as the frog’s tongue, triangular side of the strawberry down.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit and sweet treat snack for complete lunchbox, optional.

Why prep lunches for school?

To make meal planning more consistent and practical in my house, I aim to include four school lunch preps for my two kids in our weekly meal prep rotation. This helps us save money and ensure that two days of the week, the kids have well balanced meals that happen to be fun and festive, yet simple enough to put together in less than 15 minutes.

In these lunch preps I try to include a variety of colors as well as a good balance of the essential food groups so that my kids are getting exposure to different foods in a fun and exciting way!

We sure hope you enjoy this fun and festive lunch as much as our little tribe has time and time again. Please leave us a star review and comment if you make this turkey club frog wrap lunch!
