This snowman food art lunch is SNOW much fun to make! Made with Smucker’s® Uncrustables® Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Sandwich, fresh fruit, popcorn and veggie straws. This is the perfect lunch to welcome snowy weather or enjoy on a fun filled snow day.

Ingredients

1 Uncrustable (homemade or store-bought), blueberries, strawberry, apple, mini-marshmallow, baby carrot, veggie straws, popcorn, your favorite white cheese.

Optional: winter food stampers, toothpicks

Directions

1. Place the Uncrustable into the main container. Cut three apple slices and put them on the bottom to form the snowman’s scarf. Place 2 green veggie straws on top (you could also choose to use green beans for this — anything green will work!) For the hat, cut-off the top of a strawberry. Place a toothpick through it and on top pull the mini marshmallow through.

2. To make the snowman’s face, cut 1 blueberry in half for the eyes. Form the smile with 5 small blueberries. Cut the baby carrot into a long triangle for the nose.

3. In one side compartment add a handful of your choice of popcorn for the snow.

4. In the second side compartment, place a handful of veggies straws and using a food stamper to make it easier, cut-out snowflakes from 1 slice of your favorite white cheese. Place them on top of one another.

I hope you and your little one enjoy this snowman lunch creation as much as our little tribe has!
