Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and egg.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs using a tablespoon or hand and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 large egg
  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
