Toasted ravioli chicken caesar salad is a stress-free way to ensure everyone gets a wholesome dinner that’s full of flavor and fun. Next time you’re in a pinch before the sports runaround, give this easy recipe a try–you won’t regret it!

why your whole family will love this recipe

First off, who doesn’t love a good toasted ravioli? The crispy exterior and tender filling satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Pair that with the flavors of a classic caesar salad, and you have a meal that feels both hearty and fresh. The best part? This recipe takes advantage of a few shortcuts that make it a lifesaver on those hectic evenings.

Simple Ingredients: I’m all about reducing the stress in the kitchen, and this recipe calls for ingredients that you likely already have on hand or can pick up easily. You’ll need frozen ravioli (I love cheese or chicken-filled), a Caesar Salad Kit (hello, time-saver!), and some rotisserie chicken for added protein. If you’re like me and appreciate convenience, these staples are a game-changer.

Quick Preparation: I can have this meal on the table in about 20 minutes! After a crazy day of teaching and running errands, this is exactly what I need. Plus, my kids can help with the assembly, which adds a fun family element to dinner prep. It’s a great way to get them involved in the kitchen while I throw a couple of things in the oven.

Customization for Every Family Member: One of the reasons I keep coming back to this recipe is that it’s highly adaptable. My kids each have their own personal preferences, and this dish meets their needs perfectly. One kids prefers extra dressing, whole the other loves a sprinkle of feta on top. You can easily swap the caesar dressing for a different one or add additional veggies like cherry tomatoes or cucumbers into the salad for added crunch and flavor.
