I’ve got ya’ll covered!
Let’s start with this air fryer chicken, broccoli and bacon dish! You can serve this over pasta or riced cauliflower for a more low carb version. This dish is amazing on its own and it is only 5 ingredients! It’s a super hearty and loaded with juicy chicken, bacon, broccoli, and sweet and tangy sun-dried tomatoes.
This recipe is one of our favorites. The kids love it because it’s super tasty and because, well, bacon! We all love bacon. I get my bacon from Butcher Box. It’s my favorite bacon by far. You can tell it is amazing quality. Also, I love that it comes delivered right to my doorstep. One less trip to the grocery store always helps!
Why do we love this recipe?
- It’s air fried: My air fryer has been a dream come true! For one, they won’t heat up your kitchen like an oven. With an air fryer, you can make crispy foods with a small amount of oil and in this case you don’t need to use any oil since we are using bacon. An air fryer is so simple to use and a more healthful cooking technique than deep frying.
- Few ingredients: This recipe is only made with a few ingredients, all of which can be found at the store.
- Extra protein and veggies: I love packing a recipe with extra protein and veggies so I can get (sneak, however you want to call it) all those nutrients into the mouths of my family. This recipe tastes like comfort, but goes down as nutritious as it is delicious.
- Quick and easy: When it comes to weeknight meals, I’ve got one option: 30 minute or less recipes. After a long day of teaching and a very hungry family, it has to be quick and easy. This recipe is ready to go in less than 30 minutes and it presents like a gourmet cuisine.
