- Crack the eggs directly into the frying pan and cook until the edge of the egg white begins to crisp up, about 1 minute. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the eggs and add a pinch of montreal steak seasoning.
- Carefully flip eggs to the other side, yolk/cheese side down and continue to cook 45 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately.
