Gooey on the bottom like a peach cobbler, caramelized butter, and best served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. This easy peach dumpling recipe is dangerously delicious!

Crescent roll peach dumplings are an easy dessert for any summertime gathering. As a teacher juggling a full schedule, my time in the kitchen often feels like a race against the clock. I’m definitely not a master baker (let’s be honest, my cookies tend to end up resembling abstract art rather than treats), but there’s one dish that always brings me back to happy memories: apple dumplings, a classic recipe passed down through my Pennsylvania Dutch heritage.

With summer in full swing and my peach tree bursting with ripe, juicy peaches, I decided to put a twist on my beloved apple dumplings recipe and share it with you: Peach Dumplings made with crescent rolls! This recipe is simple, delightful, and perfect for celebrating those fresh summer flavors without spending hours in the kitchen.

If you’re like me and love to bake but sometimes feel overwhelmed, this one’s for you!
