Ingredients for creamy bacon and broccoli pork chops skillet meal
Here’s what we are working with for this recipe:
- pork chops: We are hooked on ButcherBox Pork Chops! In fact, I rarely ate pork prior to Butcher Box, but once I tried these, there really is no point of return. Any pork chops will work well, you want them to be more on a thick-cut side.
- bacon: You can use regular bacon for this recipe. If you want to make your life easier (less clean-up!) use these amazing Kirkland Bacon Crumbles.
- broccoli: Frozen or fresh works great. Bacon and broccoli goes down as one of my favorite combos. You can use this sauce and method with any other protein- it’s just so good!
- baby bella mushrooms: I added mushrooms to this recipe, they are completely optional but a delicious addition to this savory recipe.
- cream: This recipe calls for cream but if you are looking for a dairy-free option, you can substitute 1 cup of almond milk.
- lemon juice – lemon juice brightens up this dish to give it an extra freshness flavor punch!
