Air fryer candy corn pizzas are crispy, flaky crescent rolls formed into the shape of our beloved fall time treat– candy corn! Topped with pizza sauce, cheddar cheese and sweet corn kennels and cooked to crispy perfection. These air fryer pizzas are easy to make and a delicious halloween meal that’s fun, festive and nutritious!

We love all the fall time fun! It’s such a beautiful time of the year and in my humble opinion–autumn is the best season for food yumminess! I created these air fryer candy corn pizzas after I had taken my kids apple picking and there was wood fired pizza available. My kids couldn’t get enough!

Seeing how much they loved the pizza and all the fun we had that day; their favorite part was a candy corn stacking game we played together. I knew I had to recreate all of this fall time fun into their lunchbox for the week!

Ingredients for air fryer candy corn lunchbox

To make this fun and festive air fryer pizza school lunch meal prep, you’ll need a few ingredients that you can get at almost any grocery store or even online!

This will make 4 lunchbox containers. I love these 3 compartment food containers that I found on Amazon!

Here’s what we are working with:

  • crescent rolls
  • marinara or pizza sauce
  • shredded mozzarella
  • shredded orange cheddar
  • orange sweet peppers
  • yellow corn
  • fresh fruit – I used green grapes, clementines, and blueberries.
  • preferred sweet treat – I mixed caramel popcorn and candy corn together.

How to make air fryer candy corn pizza lunchbox

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees and light spray basket with avocado oil.
  2. Place two of the triangular crescent rolls on top of one another; roll into the shape of candy corn.

  4. Air fry for 4-5 minutes at 370 degrees and then take out and place extra mozzarella and cheddar cheese on the pizzas; cook for another 2-3 minutes at 370 degrees.
  5. Place candy corn pizzas in the main compartment of lunchbox along with grapes, if using.
  6. Into the other side compartments place fresh fruit and preferred sweet treat, if using.

Why prep lunches for school?

To make meal planning more consistent and practical in my house, I aim to include four school lunch preps for my two kids in our weekly meal prep rotation. This helps us save money and ensure that two days of the week, the kids have well balanced meals that happen to be fun and festive, yet simple enough to put together in less than 15 minutes.

In these lunch preps I try to include a variety of colors as well as a good balance of the essential food groups so that my kids are getting exposure to different foods in a fun and exciting way!

We sure hope you enjoy this fun and festive lunch as much as our little tribe has time and time again. Please leave us a star review and comment if you made this air fryer candy corn pizzas lunch!
