Ingredients
Here’s what we are working with to make these fun and festive frozen yogurt bars and it’s only 3 ingredients, love that!
- yogurt: Use a full fat yogurt for the best texture and flavor. We love vanilla bean yogurt as a base to use, but you can use any flavor you like. We will be adding a few drops of green food coloring to the yogurt for that sensational green color!
- fruit: Fresh strawberries and blueberries are my favorite to add-in for a great pop of color. You can make this bark with other fresh fruit too like raspberries, orange, or kiwi fruit.
- lucky charms cereal: We are using lucky charms cereal for this recipe simply for the st. patty’s day theme and because who doesn’t love lucky charms? You can use any other cereal or granola of choice or simply skip it all together and just add in the fresh fruit.
